Hi To All, Im wanting to get some ideas on how to make sure my 8 month old baby gets enough calcium in her diet as she has just been diagnosed with a temporary dairy intolerance. After months of seeing the doc about her pain in the bowels when she has wind and doing a number 2 and they just put it down to bad colic in the bowels. She also was getting colds and exma type rash more regularly then a breastfeed baby should. she finally got to she a paediatrician and was diaqnosed with a dairy intolerance that because we caughtit early she will grow out of. I would love some ideas as im worried that now she wont get enough calcium. Thanks for your time :-)
